Working hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm (Malaysia time)

What will you do?
- Business planning and general management.
- Accountable for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the Team.
- Ensure employees understand our vision, as well as support and reinforce client focused behaviours that contribute to CACEIS goals.
- Support talent management & succession planning strategies that ensure we attract, retain and grow top talent at all levels in the organization.
- Provide support to Group Invoicing Management through regular and ad hoc communication.
- Provide support to client when expertise is required.
- Ensure collaborative relationship across jurisdictional, functional and cultural boundaries.

Minimal education level
Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent
Academic qualification / Speciality
Tertiary educated with relevant experience in Fee Billing or Invoicing
Level of minimal experience
3-5 years
Experience
- At least 5 years working experience on related process or industry
- Experience on client billing process and account receivables process
- Experience on Financial Services industry (e.g. Fund/Investor Services)
- Experience in leading change, initiative and projects
- Experience in managing difficult conversation/conflict
Required skills
- Understanding and application of Fee Schedule/Fee Agreement with client
- Understanding of Products offered to clients and its Operational nature
Technical skills required
Experience in SQL or Excel VBA
