Tucson Eye Care is seeking a fellowship-trained Glaucoma Specialist to join our team of 4
ophthalmologists and 2 medical optometrists. This is an exceptional opportunity to step into an
established referral network with a large glaucoma and cataract patient base, allowing you the
opportunity to build a busy surgical practice.

Compensation & Benefits
We offer a highly competitive compensation package, including:
- 360,000 base salary
- Productivity bonus structure. 30% of collection over 2.5 salary: transition to 33% of
collection after 18 months - Partnership track (3 years) with real estate investment opportunity
- CME allowance and paid professional expenses
- Relocation stipend
Most importantly, our physicians remain independent. We have no plans to sell to private o
equity, allowing our doctors to continue practicing medicine with autonomy and a patient-first
philosophy.

Requirements
- Fellowship training in Glaucoma
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology (with intent to become board
certified) - Eligible for Arizona medical licensure
- Three professional references required
- Surgical videos are encouraged
