Join a Hong Kong-listed property group with a portfolio of premium residential, hospitality, resort and commercial projects across Hong Kong and major Asian markets.

Your new role
You will provide analytical, research and transaction support for existing projects and new business opportunities across Hong Kong and Asia.

• Conduct market research and feasibility studies for potential property development and investment opportunities.
• Analyse comparable transactions, market pricing, supply and demand, and relevant sector trends.
• Build and maintain financial models covering development costs, revenue assumptions, cash flow, returns and scenario analysis.
• Prepare concise investment papers, presentations and management materials to support internal decision-making.
• Assist with project evaluation, due diligence, data review and coordination with internal teams and external advisers.
• Monitor the performance, milestones and commercial assumptions of ongoing development projects.
• Support ad hoc strategic analysis and regional business development initiatives as assigned.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Surveying or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in property development, real estate investment, or valuation
• Strong numerical aptitude with practical financial modelling, research and analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong attention to detail.
• Commercial mindset and the ability to translate market information into clear conclusions and recommendations.
• Good communication, organisation and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese are mandatory, including Cantonese and Mandarin.
