Description
Boutique commercial law firm looking for a mid-level commercial litigation associate with approximately 3–10 years of experience to join its growing practice. The ideal candidate will have strong legal writing, discovery, deposition, motion practice, and client-management skills, with the ability to take meaningful responsibility for matters and work with a high degree of independence. Commercial litigation experience is preferred, and transactional real estate experience is a plus. The firm offers competitive compensation, a flexible annual billable-hours, significant client contact, substantial autonomy, and meaningful opportunities to develop and originate business in a collegial, entrepreneurial small-firm environment. Additional requirements:
- J.D. from an ABA accredited law school.
- Active license in the State of Florida and in good standing.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
